What backup tool do you recommend? I am not rooted so titanium is out. Also, I tried to install my backup and it gives an error and won't install. Any other options out there for a full backup to the SD card? Thx!

I back up all of my photos on my SD Card and everything else is sync to my google and Samsung account. So everything else will reinstall when I sign on to my accounts once my phone has been reset to factory settings.

That is basically what I did. Backed up all the files and folders I needed to my PC then once the phone restarted, it downloaded my apps and settings from the Google backup and then I moved my files and folders back. Also had done a Samsung backup for text messages and call logs and those were restored as well.

Just did the factory reset last night everything is back to normal I got all my stuff back including bookmarks. The only thing missing is minor tweaks like Wifi passwords, and minor system settings I had set up but other then that everything is back to normal. What a headache lol

I found this in the LG G2 discussion, but the solution that worked for me was to clear all data from "Calendar Storage." Then, I got all my notification icons/info back.
