How can I get my Note 4 working?

My Note 4 is not working.

My battery was not working well. Therefore I try to factory reset and see if its software problem. And now the phone does not working after factory reset. The screen stuck at T-mobile. I try to restart my phone. However screen still stuck at T-mobile. I search at Google but cannot find any answer that can solve my problem.

Have you tried FR again, but from the hardware interface? Try
1) Power off (press and hold or remove battery if necessary)
2) Press and hold (simultaneously): Down Volume, Home Key and Power (blue writing should appear top left corner, otherwise try again)
3) Select Factory Reset from this menu using volume up/down to navigate and power button to select.

Let me know if that works.

Otherwise use kies to restore to latest t-mobile firmware, be aware you lose both with factory reset as kies your settings.

There are two option.
1. volume up ; continue
2. volume down; restart
After I press volume up the screen shows downloading mode.
This Note 4 I got from my friend. Is there any wrong with system?
