I've got a Note 4 on Vodafone in the UK. A couple of weeks ago I got an OTA update which I think was the March security patch. After installing the phone was stopping and restarting and locking up requiring a battery pull. After a day or two it started going all the way back to some sort of boot screen and doing nothing.
Took it to vodafone - went for repair and came back saying fixed and software updated.
It is still very unstable - restarting 5 or 6 times a day, very slow when first unlocked and I've had to pull the battery a couple of times as it's frozen up.
Before going back to the shop I wondered if there was any advice from people who might know more about this than they do.
It's just over a year old. Good condition. Model no. SM-N910F. 5.1.1, security patch level 1st March 16.
Never been rooted or anything, all updates have been applied pretty much immediately as they've been released.
