SIM Unlocked Galaxy Note 4 Update

Hello all,

I have a note 4 originally on EE now on Vodafone after unlocking the sim. its the N901F variant.

Will i need to re-insert an EE sim in order to get the Marshmallow update? and is there any news on then the update is ready for the N901F.

No doesn't matter what sim is in if it's unlocked. Still waiting for update. Should be this week hopefully
