I was staying in The Philippines for 3 weeks vacation and I was using my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for all the time. When I was in the boat, it was raining and my shorts went completely soaked and I realised I had my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in my pocket. I was trying to turn it on but the screen was completely black but the sound, vibration, buttons and notifications are working. When I came back home in my holiday house to fix my phone, I waited for 1 hour to dry it out, turned it on and I noticed the welcome screen came on but unfortunately, it was flickering so bad and now it's completely white! Now, I'm back in Australia and I was thinking to replace the LCD and the entire chips attached on the LCD screen.

I will purchase the spare part in this link below....

Will it help to solve the problem by replacing the LCD Screen for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4?

Thank you :)

Since it was water damaged,it would be hard to tell whether a screen replacement would be sufficient. You can try buy no guarantees.

I would have removed the battery and let the phone dry for a few hours, maybe over night, before attempting to even turn it back on. You could try the rice trick. This Note 4 survived:
