I bought a new USB cord when I got this phone. I use it at work mainly for viewing and charging sometimes. But it seams like it never wants to charge right. The lighting bolt shows. Crape, it's losing charge. Anyone know of how to fix it?

The new usb cord might be faulty. Try another one. I've same issue, was unable to charge with a new cable but can transfer files. At first I thought the charging port was bad but using a completely different cable I was able to charge without further issue.

What power source are you plugged into?
If your using your phone you will need a 2A charger otherwise your more then likely not adding in enough current for the device to charge while using it.

That's your issue. Computers don't put out enough power to charge this phone. If you don't use the phone, it will charge at a snails pace. If you are using it, the phone will continue to discharge power, albeit at a slower rate. Buy a wall charger and plug directly into a power outlet.
