Disable Car mode

I just got a car with Bluetooth and I thought I would like it but car mode is annoying. It's turned off in the pull down menu but every time I get in my car I have to wait for the warning message and then back out of car mode to use my phone.

Is there a way to disable it turning on automatically when Bluetooth connects?

Remove the car as a paired Bluetooth device in Bluetooth app from the pulldown shade.

My Note 4 is paired with my car and never turns on car mode. Must be a setting that causes your's to do so.

I gathered that. So once again unpair Bluetooth. Make very sure car mode IS disabled then pair in Bluetooth again.

Next time your phone is not connected to the car do this.
.start Car Mode
..tap on More in the top right corner
...choose settings
....select My Cars and switch off the buttons

Or you could just go to app manager in settings and either uninstall car mode or disable it.
Sorry, just checked and system will not allow disable.
There is a setting in message+ that will turn car mode on if a Bluetooth item is checked. Go there and see if that is the trigger.

Use Debloater or Package Disabler Pro to disable Car Mode. Not sure what OS you're on so if on MM, check to see if either supports it.
