Galaxy Note 4 Battery problem.

Everytime my battery gauge at between 5% and 30%, my phone cuts off all of the sudden and sometimes it turns back on but no picture but the blue light is on. So I took the battery out and put it back in before plugging it in. Sometimes, it takes a few hours to reach to 100% rather than just one hour.

While my leave my phone idle, it drains the battery quickly.

So what should I do? Should i get a replacement battery for my Galaxy Note 4?

Yes, "dies at more than 5%" is a clear sign of battery failure, and you owe it a new one.
