Note 4 reboots whenever someone in my contacts calls me with the audio on...not when on vibrate??

Just started doing this Friday after some of my apps updated & google was one of the apps that did update. Only reboots when someone in my contacts calls me & I have the audio ON. If I have it on vibrate it works normally, If I have the audio on everything else works perfectly except when someone calls me it rings once & then reboots the phone. Caller shows on display for a second, phone reboots but after the phone reboots there is no record of the call in the call log either. When it's on vibrate the phone works same as before. Verizon is my carrier.

It does the same thing when it's in safe mode. Wiping the cache...same results. Works perfectly when on vibrate mode though??? So weird!!! And to make it even stranger is it only does it when cel phone numbers in my contacts call...when it's a land line it works fine as well.

This is the first that I have heard of this issue. Go into Best buy and speak With one of the Samsung reps. Show them what it is doing. Maybe they Can fix it

It does the same thing when it's in safe mode.

This suggests a problem with the firmware or hardware. You could try reinstalling the firmware using Samsung Smart Switch (SmartSwitch: Install & update or replace firmware), Kies (http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...amsung-emergency-recovering-samsung-kies.html), or Odin (http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html). Or you could ask the folks at Best Buy to reflash the firmware as well.
