can't flash any rom on the top this

What's up gang!

I am currently running this rom but unable to flash any rom...



I wiped the whole phone...Tried installing from TWRP recovery.... Flashed stock recovery... but Odin still freaks out and gives me this error. I can flash different recoveries via Odin with no issues but no roms...
