All stock TouchWiz. But I am running a Theme I downloaded, Material Dark.

In the past I couldn't get rid of TouchWiz fast enough. But I put on Nova and it just wasnt clean so I gave TW a try.... And WOW!! Samsung realy got it right this time!

I put Nova on last night, but I'm going to play with themes. I really didn't like them on my S6, except.. I could apply a theme, make Nova the default again and my SMS stayed with the theme, no ugly orange color.

I prefer the Verizon sms app, because it also takes care of the issue of no notifications while the convo is open, but it stopped sending SMS on me for some reason the other day.

I was glad to see some changes to TouchWiz also, you can modify the number of icon rows and columns, thr icons aren't a huge change, but at least a change, which is good.

Yeah , Nova is pretty much the only Launcher that has the least amount of lag. It has custom gestures that some launchers don't even feature. I Love Nova Prime, just one swipe down and it launches Waze for me.

I've never liked launchers because of the lag. Nova is the only one I like. I have been using it for a few months now.

I have mostly used Nova launcher or others on all my phones and don't think it's every caused any performance issues or used any extra battery. Some of the early launchers around 5 years ago did cause some lag in the phones for what I remember, but in the last few years with launchers I've used like Nova, Apex, Google Now, and Action work just fine.
