Issue with Multiwindow feature

When I set up two apps to run in multiwindow, the center button to "control" the windows (sizing, swapping, etc) doesn't appear.

Any reason for this? Could it be something I've disabled via Package Disabler? The splitting itself works fine, but I don't have a way to control the halves anymore, if I ever did.

Had this very issue. It is something that you disabled in package disabler. I was too lazy to figure out which one so I had to i re-enabled everything. But it is that...

Interesting. Looks like I've got some experimenting to do.
