Hi, I have some kind of button issue with my Samsung Galaxy Note 5

Good Afternoon, My name is Zoltan. When I using my phone sometimes I just can't push the 3 button under the screen there is no response no vibration no feedback no light the home button also not doing anything at all. My only option is to restart the phone. Can you guys tell me please this is some kind of hardware issue? Thanks very much

Hi Zoltan, yes it sounds like a hardware issue - I would suggest speaking to the store you bought it from.

i use a blue-tooth keyboard it is from Logitech and is really good, i am actually writing this post with it, it has a battery that lasts forever and it has the capability to remember 3 different devices at once, it is the "easy-switch keyboard k811" i advise to get that
