Pen will not eject

My note 5 pen is stuck....i havent not use it in long time. I wanted to use today and wont come out. I tired the paper thing, nothing!

the pen is put back the correct way and will not eject.


Can you lock the pen from the phone?


please help, the phone is practically brand new.

Curious if there is something wrong with the mechanism that ejects it. Have you tried calling Samsung?

Maybe the "clicker" is malfunctioning?

Try attaching something to the end with superglue to pull it out... you can clean it off later with some acetone.

That is not normal unless something is stuck inside it. If you can't get it out, call samsung and get it serviced.

My friends Note 4 pen was stuck because he never used it. I had to wriggle is out for about 20 mins. what happened is dirt/sand got in and around the pen.
