Charging quirk

I put my phone on my samsung wireless charger (regular speed) last night. When I woke up it was at 100% but I got an error message that said something like "hi powered usb device not connected". Then I started using my phone and the battery started draining faster than usual. Any idea what might be happening?

Which charger are you using with the wireless charger?

Do you have a USB OTG cable connected to your device? THe error message you have quoted relates to that. Perhaps power is going to the USB port looking for something not there. A simple reboot should hopefully address that and the battery drainage problem

Well it stated when I purchased this item from Amazon:

It gave me that same message and would not charge it (i just got it and I was testing it). So I took it off and put it on my wireless charger from Samsung. I am using the same cable that came with the wireless charger

Nothing to worry about it was just telling you the charger had been disconnected. It was the USB charger it was referring to and not your wireless one
