I can't enable my hangouts app on my Note 5

I have an att note 5, at some point that I disabled hangouts and now that I want to try it out I cannot enable it. The enable option is there and it's ready for me to touch but when it go to press the e able button it just sits there and nothing happens.

I don't remember ever disabling any important apps, the only stuff I disabled was the hangouts and att bloat ware..... I pretty much left everything else alone.
Then again I have apparently done something to cause this issue so any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Have you used package disabler to disable any apps? If so then you would need to enable it there first

Tha k you dpham.... That was it. I can't believe I overlooked thst. .

Do you realize I've been beating my brain trying to figure this out now for a week. I was lost and getting really confused. Thank you so much. Once again why this community is the best.
