on VZW Note 5, how can I tell that I'm on advanced calling(VoLTE)?

on VZW Note 5, how can I tell that I'm on advanced calling(VoLTE)?
the switch is turned to on... but there is no indication during voice calls.
the 4G signal is pretty decent in my area now... 3 or 4 bars with speeds
ranging from 20mbps to 25mbps.

Can you use LTE data while on voice calls? If "yes", then your device is utilizing HD calling (VoLTE).
