s pen doesn't align with body of note 5

So when the s pen is on the note 5, I can still feel it, it doesn't align with the body of the note 5, is this by design or it's a faulty one.
can anyone with galaxy note 5 answer this question.

If you're talking about it slightly poking out beyond the radius of the bottom right corner, that's normal. It should be SLIGHT. If it's poking out somewhere else, that's wrong. Hope this helps

My spen is slightly higher near the back and right side as the actually phone is slightly curved but its normal

Be sure that you're "clicking" it all the way in. Its designed like an ink pen, that you click to engage the point of it.

I think i see what your talking about, and yes they are like that.

The reason is if it was bent slightly to match the curve of the phone perfect, you wouldn't be able to put it in either way. What i mean is the curve it would need would make the pen have to be exactly placed, instead of being able to fit either way. (As long as pointy end goes first lol)
