Samsung galaxy note 5 SM-N920C rear camera issue on live broadcast and HANGOUTS

when i use the rear facing camera while in live broadcast or in a hangouts and skype video call the image is black and green. once i switch back to front facing everything looks fine. the rear camera does not do this other than these two things. i use hangouts and i can no longer use the rear facing cam. This has been doing this since the first day i got the phone. I already complain in the service center here in Saudi Arabia and they give me the brand new replacement and still the same problem.

thanks update for marsmallow finally here in KSA, just finished update to version 6.0.1 and it;s amazing bugs for rear cam was solved......

I have the Galaxy Note 4 and have had this problem with the last several Google Hangouts versions.

Verizon Galaxy Note 4 with 5.1.1

I factory reset a few months ago and have tried clearing cache, clearing data, and uninstall/reinstall with the android Hangouts app and nothing has helped thus far.
