Not getting Security update on AT&T Note 5

Couple weeks ago, I saw where the February Security update was rolling out to the AT&T Note 5. I have been checking for the update, but every time I get a message saying "Software Update Interrupted" and the next line says "Software is up to date". I have tried clearing cache etc. and all I get is the same message. The last Security update that I got sometime back is dated Oct. 1.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get my phone to update to a later security update tan what I currently have?

Right after I got my phone it would keep downloading the most recent patch and then replace it with the older patch and then the new one again. Did a factory reset and all was well again.
