Bluetooth

When using the bluetooth and listening to a song I noticed that sometime the sound level would change from soft to loud and back to soft. Hope it's not a Bluetooth issue but a sound setting?

Have no idea the cause. But in my case it has always been the Bluetooth device and not the phone. I would try an alternative Bluetooth device before I went any further.
