changing screen sensitivity

Is there a way to change the screen sensitivity like there was on the Note 4 and Note 3? Usually I do that when I'm out riding my bike so I can use my gloves with the phone I did not see that option on this Note 5

Since April NOBODY can answer this question!?!??
Have exactly the same problem with my Note 5 (August 18th 2016...)
