Cant get one Outlook account to sync in BB Hub

Hi all,

Got my Unlocked Note 5 today and loaded the Blackberry Hub+ and one of my outlook accounts took and the other will not sync for some reason!

I have the settings the same for both accounts.

Any suggestions?

I had a similar experience with my S7 Edge a few months back. My fix was to clear data for Hub+, then uninstall and reinstall the app. Hub+ runs great now with two Outlook accounts, one Yahoo account, a bunch of Google accounts.

I finally got it to work took a while
