Screen overlay help

Hi,
I have a note 5 on marshmallow and i am trying to uninstall an app, and the message 'screen overlay' comes up. I unch
eck every app so none has access, and the message still come up? Why is it still happening?

Are you using a blue light filter app like Twilight? I had this running and anytime i tried to do certain types of tasks i would get that, if you find the app that triggers it and simply pause it, do what you are trying to do and un-pause it. you should be fine.
