Fingerprint scanner and emergency button

Is there anyway to move the emergency call buttons location?

Also is it possible to skip the swype before the unlock? Just turn on the screen unlock and use?

If you use fps, you can press and hold the home button to unlock the screen without swiping.

Or if you use smart lock, you can double tap on a notification on the aod screen

If you don't have a secure lock screen , you might be able to use an app like no lock from the play store.

Not sure about the emergency button
