Ok I'm not really one thats paranoid to begin with but...
My phone was at the local FedEx facility on the 18th but FedEx wouldnt give it up until Friday which I understand. However, I go thrpugh my phone and i find that it was factory Data reset on the 19th. I didnt do it obviously. I purposefully ignored the software update until today. The phone was obviously handled bc of the dust on the device itself.
When i originally tried to activate the phone I couldn't even get past the Activation screen until I put my active sim in the phone.
Can anyone explain to me why this would happen? I'm on Verizon.
