vibration intensity?

I'm having issues with my haptic feedback sounds like it's rubbing up against something in the phone . Not sure if it's a flaw or just the way this phone is. Can anyone else say how their vibration sounds? Fyi I have the vibration set to the lowest setting as well. Considering exchanging if it's a flaw it's bothering me already .

I would take it to a store and compare the floor model with yours. See if there really is an issue or if it's just not as strong as other devices. Perhaps to save battery a bit?

It seems as though something may be loose within the unit. The vibration just doesn't feel right. There's a notable click while hitting the back button or recent apps button
