Gifs Don't Work On Note 7!

[AC Question]

I tried many different ways to get the gifs to work on Facebook, e mail and they don't work. Only shows a single photo. I was able to save them to the computer and tried sharing them that way to Facebook and still it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong??? Or is there something wrong with the phone? I've seen at least 4 people having the same issue.

I dont think the settings can be changed. Some sites gifs have to be done a certain way. Nice feature but we need to be able to set things.

Well try 3 seconds and that should do it.

It's not a Samsung problem per se'. This has ALWAYS been an issue because all of those services (Facebook, text,...) compress images which defeats the animation. You are left with a compressed, still image.

Doesn't work on messenger as well. Major disappointment.
