TULU YU Charger Question

So I bought this Tylt charger for my Note 7 and it works fine it's not a high speed charger so I use it at night.
My question is when the phone is 100% The phone turnes on its green light , however the charger does not turn off the green light the charger stays on ,it should cycle off ?

That's normal.

The charger says it should turn off after charge no light , green charge ,red error , no light charged and off .
