best way to back up info?

I'm going the replacement route when the new phones are available. Just curious since smart switch will probably not be an option if I have to give them this phone, what back up options are the best to use? I really want to just back up my apps (with data if possible), settings and layout (if possible). Thanks for any help

"Back up my data" using Samsung cloud in your settings will be the easiest way.

Titanium backup? Well if you are not rooted I do not know if the backups work well.

You could use smart switch by backing up to a micro sd card. You can select this option in the menu.
