Since the note 7 is officially recalled, and i walked into a verizon store to buy the note 7, would they let me buy one, or do i have to wait till the recalls done and all note 7s in store are safe?

You have to wait til they are approved to be sold again. Im not 100% sure on this but I believe you have to wait til after the ones that already bought the note 7 get theirs replaced then people that haven't already got the note 7 can buy it.

Even if CPSC safe accepted N7's become available, you would be in a line to get one, after all the original N7 owners who want a replacement. It will be a while.

EBay is allowing them to be sold if your in that big of a hurry f I would wait though
