To help keep the clutter down I'm going to make a thread where people can post when they got their replacement. Try and include the following.

Thanks for adding this thread. I had originally defected to the iphone 7 - which arrived just yesterday, and after doing a side by side comparison of the phone and screen quality, there's no way I can stay with Apple. Hopefully replacement N7'swill be in stock sometime soon( NY).

My God dude, I swear I had the same reaction. Sticking with my Edge, and adding an Honor 8 for work.

Purchased N7 from authorized agent store on 8/25.
-Returned N7 to corporate store and purchased S7 Edge with 3 month return window on 9/10.
-Ordered Gear VR (through S7 promotion) on 9/12. Status approved, shipment pending.
-Recieved 256GB card from N7 promotion on 9/14.
-Returned S7 Edge and received replacement N7 on 9/17. ( *NO accessories needed for S7 return. They gave me the headphones from S7 box before they took the box) No activation fees, no restock fees, super painless!

Just picked up our two replacements from Sprint corporate store Greenbriar Parkway, Chesapeake, VA. They came up clean in the data base checker...checker comes up in green writing and says "Great News!"..lol. Our boxes have the black square but no sticker and, no green battery indicator. They charged us $60 to activate them which I will be fighting Sprint about in a few minutes. Hang on peeps! The hassle is almost over.

How did you get to the phone build on your N7? Can't seem to get there
 
It would be nice to see some actual t-mobile replacements...seems like they only care about the iPhone
 
Just back from my local sprint store in Indianapolis IN, with a new Note 7, there was a minor change in the SKU (adding a 2) and a black square in the lower right corner of the serial number section.
No issues at all with the exchange even though I ordered it online from Sprint, I traded it at a local store in no time.
