Edge Panel Reoder not working?

Can anyone confirm that there's an issue with the Edge Panel reordering functionality? The arrows above the edge panels are unresponsive and won't allow your to drag to reorder.

I'm running the latest firmware on a replacement Note 7.

Mine is really touchy, but it does work. I have to click on the arrows and without lifting my thumb move it where I want it. It took a few times because again, it is super touchy compared to other "drag" functions.

Same firmware version (Green Battery)? On Verizon SD820 variant of the Note 7? I can't select or drag any of those edge panels to reorder. Thanks!
