Android Wear Notifications Not Working

Anyone having issues with their Android Wear watch not displaying notifications? My Moto 360 is paired and connects to my phone, it just won't display notifications.

If I factory reset the watch, it'll work fine up until I disable/enable Bluetooth. I have disabled the Wear app from app optimization. I have factory reset the watch multiple times. I have Uninstalled the Wear app. I don't know what else to try. Any help would be great.

Make sure Android Wear has notification access. Check settings > lock screen and security > other security settings > notification access

I also have the Moto 360 and wasn't getting any notifications. I reset my phone and watch, now they work but the text message notifications conme in very late compared to when I receive them on my phone. Kind of frustrating.
