Battery life

For those first adopters, how has your real-world battery performance been?

Its ok. Medium brightness, gps off wifi and bluetooth on I get maybe 7 hours. Ive been playing alot of games lately on it, so it may be better.

I can get about 2 days on medium use (3-4 hours screen time per day), auto-brightness, lots of web browsing, and media playback. This is with "SmartStay" turned OFF. That function seems to drain the battery a bit faster than I would like.

Here is an example of a heavy day use for me. Higher use than normal because I was getting everything set up on the new tablet:

I've found that with no problem i get all day . i charge at night just as a matter of course whether I need it or not. After a day of heavy use i need to ' but most times charging is just a security blanket for the next day. please note I'm talking internet use netfix, dish tv, angry birds or such, S note, etc. l am not a super gamer. anyway, all I wish from my electronics is to hang in there all day.

I've been using it heavily for the past two days (sick in bed) doing a little bit of everything and it's lasting all day... can't complain, as that's all I really expect/ask for in a device.

for instance, right now I'm at 42% battery, it's been on battery 11 hrs, with onscreen time of 5h 15mIn. this is perfect! my mom was complaining the other day about the battery life on her S3. so I took a look at what was using her battery, then said to her, it's been on battery for 5 hrs. and its at 80% In another 5hrs at this rate you'll be at 60%. Most of the day will be gone at that point so what's you're beef.
