Is there a way to pin apps in multiview?

On my GN 10.1, when in multiview there is a pin on the top left of Windows of apps. You can pin the Window wherever you want on the screen. It comes in handy when I'm using an image to draw from the Internet. Does the GN 8 have this option or was it not included? If it does have that feature, how do you access it?

I really like that feature on my 10.1 and it would be a shame if they left that out on the 8. Kind of makes it limited in the use for drawing.
