So is this tab worth it?

I have a Surface RT 64gb and Ipad2, so will the note be a good replacement for either one of them?
I also have the LG Optimus G Pro.

Mostly I'd be using it for strictly note taking at work (good bye paper pad) and reading comics.
I do that now with my Surface using the keyboard. The iPad I mostly use for games (no video). I use Amazon for all my music.

Strictly as a notetaking device then no not at all worth it. If I had all those other devices I would definitely not be buying a $400 notepad that costs maybe 50 cents at dollar general.
