I know the pre-orders won't be live till later tonight (12 AM for most) but I figure getting a thread going where people can discuss their thoughts about their pre-order with their carrier/store in mind wouldn't hurt, right? ;).

Sound off below if you're getting one... Oh don't forget to mention which color you're thinking of!

Orchid grey. Looks like it will be $20 a month for an 18 month flex lease on a pre-order.
Where did you see that? On the Sprint website it just said pre orders start tomorrow but no prices.

And I'm getting the black.

Anyone else notice on the status page to check your orders they say all Note 8's will ship by 9/5? Hopefully that isn't a typo.

I was planning on a pre-order thru Sprint. However, they are not offering 24-month payment plan. They're only offering full price, and lease. Now, you can pay off the phone after 18 months (6 payments of $70 or $420 cash). I just wanted straight 24 month plan. Wound up going thru Best Buy and saving money. Best Buy will do 24 monthly installments at $33.75. I'll save $150.00. You can also buy an unlocked Note 8 for the same price (with monthly payments) as a carrier specifc phone IF you use their credit card and are willing to pay interest and fees. Just FYI.
