SM-915F doesn't recognize my fingerprint and backup password after restoring from backed up rom?

I have Galaxy Note Edge SM-N915F with recent Russian 6.0.1 Android, rooted, I made a backup to extSDcard with CWM recovery, when I restored the backup, the fingerprint scanner doesn't recognize my fingerprint neither in the finger print manager nor on the lock screen. Nonetheless, the backup password only working to unlock the screen, but the fingerprint manager doesn't recognize it at all !!! So, I am not able to change the password nor the fingerprint registered already!

Does anyone have an idea about how to solve this problem without factory resetting the phone?!

Hello!
I would try logging into your Google Account on a PC and then go to Android Device Manager (https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager). From there you can setup a new password and GPS/Locate your device.
