Does Kies work with this?

I have Kies on my mbp and it won't recognize my GNP. works fine with my Note 3. any clues?

Never mind. it needed a driver update.

Any chance you can elaborate on where you got the drivers?

I cannot connect to my GPN 12.2 with my MAC and also a windows virtual machine. Both of these connect well to Galaxy Note 3 phone, running android 4.3.

i have kies on a MBP. Did a driver update under Tools. BTW, did it with the device plugged into the computer. not sure if it was necessary, but worked afterwards.
