how to transfer files from your laptop to the note?

Hello..Silly question how can I send files from my laptop to my note? I haven't used it in so long I forgot how to turn on Bluetooth. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Connecting the two via USB cable and using the computer's file manager to drag and drop is probably the easiest way. You could also upload files to Google Drive, and then access them on your Note using the Drive app, or downloading it from Drive to your Note. What kinds of files do you want to transfer?

Saved documents.. How can access Google Drive on my laptop? Or do I just use it through the Note?

You access Google Drive on your laptop using your browser, at drive.google.com. Google has a good support page: https://support.google.com/drive/?hl=en#topic=14940

You can access Google Drive on your Note using the Google Drive app.
