S-Pen causing reboot

About every other day or so (its random) when I take out my spen out of its slot my note just reboots. Normally when you take it out the air command popup comes out. But that does not happen right when it crashes and reboots. Has anyone experienced this before or have any tips? It has done it ever since I got the device back in May and I have wiped it once since then.

Mine is a couple months old. I've never seen this. Odd. Maybe a recent update or app?

Do you have haptic feedback turned on when the pen attaches/detaches?

Have you tried turning off pen detection?

Try pen detachment set to none (instead of Air Command or Action Memo).
