Difference between SM-P9050ZKAXEF and SM-P9050ZKADBT

Hello, I am thinking of buying the Note 12.2 but I would like to know the defference between these two part numbers. What do they mean XEF and DBT? They are imported from Germany or France?

1) Samsung doesn't give the same set of specs on both, so it's not possible to do a complete comparison. They appear to be the same device - possibly the language in the ROM is different.

2) They're probably both imported from Singapore (or some other country where what they consider a day's wages, we consider a few coins someone dropped on the street and didn't bother to bend down to pick up). Manufactured in Germany or France? You want a €5,000 tablet?

Well, the price is 700€ it's not cheap but for replacing a laptop, it does the job at least for me. So there is no way to get the specs for both models?
