Galaxy Note Pro , Task manager (RAM manger) usage 1.8GB/2.71GB without any apps . Is this regular?

Galaxy Note Pro , Task manager (RAM manger) usage 1.8GB/2.71GB without any apps .

I bought my new galaxy note pro (3G) yesterday .
I am seeing that the RAM status 1.8GB/2.71GB although i am not using any apps also after clear memory the situation is the same 1.8GB/2.71GB .
So is that regular or there is a problem ?

It's pretty common. I believe it is due to all the OS running in the background. I always thought it would be less than 50% but it's not. Mine is currently using 2.16 of 2.71 and I only have 2 apps open.
