Turning Off Constant Request

This isn't a big issue, but, rather, an annoyance. I believe it is not unique to just this notebook. Every so often "Gallery" requests permission to connect/sync to "Picasa" followed by one sentence saying, in essence, we (according to our privacy policy) will share what we want. I have no desire to grant permission for a number of reasons. Is there a way this request can be turned off? Thanks in advance.

Go to Settings>Accounts-Google>[your Google account], and look for Picasa or Gallery--if present, uncheck it. Also go to Settings>Accounts-Samsung​, and see if there is anything similar there to uncheck.

I found the solution. I went into the Gallery app info. There was a check box for "turn off requests". That was all it took.
