Re: AT&T reviews are coming in
I know I'm REALLY new here but I have to ask about the negative reviews that are out there. Is there a way to rebut them besides leaving small comments after the article? I've been so outraged at the misinformation. I dearly love my Note and my concern is that in the future, someone without a lot of experience may search for cell information and be unfairly turned off by these negative reviews.

Re: AT&T reviews are coming in
Why is this a concern? And outrage, really? Do you work for Samsung or do you own stock there?
I love my Galaxy note too, but I kind of like to see balanced reviewing and I don't want to have a phone that everyone else has. That's one of the reasons I never once considered an Iphone. Most of the reviews I've seen have been glowing. If someone looks at one or a few negative reviews and makes a decision on the few negative review in the face of overwhelming number of positive reviews, maybe I don't want them walking around with the same phone I have.
But if it so concerns you, why not make your own negative review rebuttal video and post it on youtube? Refer to the source of the misinformation and then refer to three or four sources that shows the correct information. Do that for each point of misinformation that you find. - 02-26-2012, 06:15 PM #7
Re: AT&T reviews are coming in
I always leave a comment correcting the misinformation. Good review or bad. Having owned it since (nearly) day 1 I feel better qualified than someone who played with it for an hour so they can review it.
I recently corrected a Washington Times reviewer who stated it would not work on T-Mobile. I use it on T-Mobile every day, albeit confined to Edge data speeds.T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S3
