I believe you have to root your device to remove any bloatware.
Would be good to replace the ROM ditching TouchWiz while you're at it too.

You have too root it. Then you can uninstall with certain programs. I used Titanium backup to delete them before i did a backup. And you can stay on TouchWiz if you like. There not that many good ROMs for the Note as it is.

You have to debloat your Samsung Galaxy Note. These pre-installed apps are known as bloatwares and most of the times they are not useful. You will have definitely root your device and then only you can remove such bloatwares (the games) which you are talking about.
