I have the international Galaxy Note and have an upgrade available fot ATT should I get the GS3 and sell my note to make a 200$ profit or hang on to the Note. Either way I will be buying a nexus when it comes out this fall/winter and will buy international version so should go ahead and use my upgrade......right?

Agree! Two different use cases.

The GS3 is the ideal smartphone, if you're in the market for a smartphone, but if you want an all-in-one device (phone & tablet) the Note is in a class by itself.

If you're not keeping the Note or the S3 anyways, then I would say, yes... profit. The older your phone gets, the cheaper it becomes.

Wait for the note 2 release and use your current note as a backup phone in case you hard brick the note 2

I just returned my S3 because I kept using the Note. I could not get use to such a tiny display. I will miss the S3's speed and the camera. It is a great phone.
