I'm rooted, now what? (Questions about ROMs)

Finally, after using it for 6 months I got frustrated, cos ICS it's still not realeased (in this country).
Yea, I'm just using the oldie Froyo (2.3.6) and want to update/experience ICS.
But one problem, after lurking/searching/reading about ROMs, the more I know the more confuses me.
Roms based on CM9, Customized KERNELS, etc.
I just want a stable ROM based (final ver. if possible) on ICS with Samsung Premium Suite (cos I use that damn stylus a lot!!!).
So... can you help me?

First you are on gingerbread not froyo.

Do a factory reset and wipe
Then use Odin to flash the open Germany LRG 4.0.4

you will then have ics plus touch whiz and the premium suite.

DO NOT TRY AND FACTORY RESET YOU'RE PHONE AFTER YOU HAVE ICS RUNNING. you may brick your phone
