Rooted question

I rooted my galaxy note international version & used ultimate jelly bean rom. Now I'm checking rom manager and everything I click gives me a pop up window that says I need to have clock work installed which makes no sense because I know it was installed.

1) where did it go?
2) can I just reinstall it with out having to do anything else?
Or do I even need it unless I'm putting a different rom in?
